Sauce has been working with sustainable-sourcing Japanese restaurant group Feng Sushi since December 2010, helping to build the group’s profile alongside that of co-founder Silla Bjerrum, an expert on fish and seafood sustainability.

Since working with Sauce, Feng Sushi has increased exposure for all restaurants through positive reviews and coverage on different events and promotions in a wide range of national and lifestyle publications. Sauce has hosted several events with bloggers, press and Qypers, and consulted on other creative initiatives such as sustainable sushi-making masterclasses, Japanese BBQ, the ‘Feng Diet,’ a Mother’s Day box and picnic box.
