About the author:

An avid traveller, photographer surfer and cook, Jon’s culinary journey began at a young age when he used to help his mum in the kitchen. As a teenager, he began his training at Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, cementing his passion for cooking which has led to stints cooking in kitchens all over the world as he travels the globe photographing his experiences. These days, when Jon’s not behind the lens or in the kitchen, he enjoys surfing, cooking, foraging and exploring the globe in search of new projects and adventures. He splits his time between Newquay, Bristol and his little caravan on the Gower in South Wales. @localscookbook
