Renowned French restaurant Le Pont de la Tour is celebrating the festive season this year with a bespoke Truffle Hut. Launching on 5th November, the riverside experience will offer a romantic space filled with decadence and Christmas cheer. The package will include a four-course menu for two as well as a bottle of Moët & Chandon champagne.
Nestled on the terrace of Le Pont de la Tour, the immersive Truffle Hut will be an intimate dining space for two. Guests will be treated to their own private waiter for the cosy evening whilst they sip on champagne and look out over the iconic views of Tower Bridge and the River Thames. This luxurious evening is the perfect Christmas gift for treating loved ones.
The four-course menu, prepared by Head Chef Orson Vergnaud, is filled with truffle delights throughout. To start, diners will enjoy the Ham hock terrine, truffle mayonnaise, shimeji mushrooms, followed by Heritage mushrooms, ceps ketchup & consommé. The main event will be the Tournedos Rossini, foie gras escalope and truffle potato puree, with Spiced chocolate mousse, mandarin macaroons and sesame tuile bringing a suitable indulgent end to the meal.
Bookings can be made from Monday 5th November for sittings at either 6.00pm or 8.30pm. The experience is priced at £145 for 2 people, including the four-course meal and a bottle of Moët & Chandon to share. Tickets can be purchased at the link here.
