Head to Jason Atherton’s New York-Italian style restaurant, Hai Cenato, this Sourdough September for their impressive range of sourdough pizzas. Made with British milled flour and London-made mozzarella, the pizzas are cooked in large hand-crafted Stefano Ferrara ovens imported from Naples. The selection includes rossa and bianca bases, ranging from the classics to unexpected flavour combinations such as confit lamb neck, spiced aubergine, ras el hanout, mint and yoghurt.
Spoil yourself with Rojano’s in the Square sourdough selection
The rustic Italian and Mediterranean influenced Rojano’s in the Square serves a whole host of sourdough dishes that use carefully sourced Cornish and British produce, as well as artisanal Italian suppliers.
