Sauce loves new and exciting food creations! Whether it’s a crazy ingredient or a dish that surprises you, we can’t get enough, so we have gathered our top three weird and wonderful foods…

1. Tredwell’s Virtuous Brownie

It’s hard to believe, but there is such a thing as a sin-free brownie! Tredwell’s guests are able to indulge in a sweet treat with the Virtuous chocolate brownie served with coconut yoghurt, which is made with no wheat, dairy, eggs or refined sugar and is vegan friendly – or as some may call it, a miracle!

2. Dirty Bones, Dirty Mary

Head to Dirty Bones for a Dirty Mary. Made from Finlandia vodka, tomato, orange, lemon & pickle juice with fresh mint, chilli sauce and a sour cream Pringle rim, this twist takes two classic flavours and combines the in a weird but very wonderful way!

3. Shackfuyu Kinako French Toast & Green Tea Soft Serve

Grace Dent called it the best dessert of 2015, it’s super-IGer Clerkenwell Boy’s fave sweet treat, and it’s fast becoming the most talked about dessert in London. Shackfuyu’s famous Green Tea Soft Serve might sound like an oddity, but it tastes like a classic already.

(Thanks to Clerkenwell Boy for the snap!)
