For the Sauce team, summer means one thing… Taste of London!  One of the biggest and best foodie festivals of the year, getting tickets to Taste is one of the best ways to spend your weekend, and one of the best ways to eat out at all of your favourite restaurants in one day… what’s not to love? Here’s who we’re most excited to see…

Harissa aubergine, peanuts, coriander

Seven Dials’ favourite Tredwell’s, spearheaded by Marcus Wareing, will be serving their famous Harissa glazed aubergine, coconut and coriander (above) with a fabulous Pulled pork and ginger slider as their Icon dish.

Shake Shack

They’re shakin’ it up at Taste with a bespoke-to-Taste festival concrete, malted marshmallow, peanut butter frozen custard with crumbled chocolate pretzels. And of course, this is the place for the ultimate burger all weekend.

London start-up MightyBee are debuting Taste with their all natural, soulful coconut water. Join them for organic and additive free coconut water to keep yourself hydrated and happy throughout the festival.

Zaika Exterior

Kensington’s favourite Indian restaurant will be dishing up refreshing twists on classic dishes- we’re especially looking forward to the Peshwari Chapmen (Lamb chops marinated with raw papays, fennel and star anise)

We’ll also be sure to get our coffee fix from CRU Kafe, and a refreshing bottle of Harviestoun Brewery’s finest.
