Available until the end of July, D&D London’s Chop House restaurants (Moorgate, Shad Thames and St Paul’s) have launched the Coast to Coast menu, celebrating the waters of the British Isles. A supplement to the main menu, its focus is provenance and sustainability – central to the Chop House ethos. Curated with award-winning suppliers Flying Fish, the menu includes Scottish hand-dived scallops with Chop House butter and samphire (£10, above) and Isle of Gingha halibut, with tartare hollandaise (£29.50).
