The stunning Jacques Garcia designed hotel, L’Oscar, is celebrating St Patrick’s Day at their Baptist Bar in honour of their namesake, Oscar Wilde. The Baptist Bar will be serving two specially made cocktails in the run up to the big day, available from Wednesday 13th – Saturday 16th March. Drowning the Shamrock includes traditional Irish spirit Poitin, as well as hopped cider, Bramrack syrup, Cox apple juice and plum bitter. The Leprechaun Brew features Irish coffee, Black Bush Irish whiskey, brown sugar syrup, dandelion coffee and oat milk foam.
