SARAH – Twins Garden to open in September
Ivan and Sergey Berezutskiy (identical twin brothers) are about to launch their new restaurant in Moscow, TWINS GARDEN. This is a re-launch and relocation of their previous site, TWINS. The brothers came 92nd in the World’s 50 Best restaurant award in 2017. Having just acquired a farm 2 hours outside of Moscow, their aim is for TWINS GARDEN to be almost completely self-sufficient eventually – a unique project for Russia. The restaurant is launching in September.
ROSE – Martha Ortiz to open Ella Canta this September
On 15 September, renowned chef Martha Ortiz will launch Ella Canta, a new restaurant that promises to deliver the beauty, vibrancy and spirit of modern Mexico to London. At Ella Canta, Martha will showcase her celebrated style, which blends long-established cooking traditions with contemporary techniques and artistry. Drawing inspiration from her world-renowned restaurant in Mexico City, Dulce Patria, the new London menu will feature several of the famed dishes that have made her one of Latin America’s most exciting chefs.
Francesco Mazzei to launch Fiume at Battersea Power Station this November
The much-celebrated Italian chef Francesco Mazzei is set to open Fiume, a new modern Italian restaurant at Battersea Power Station, this November. Francesco Mazzei, also behind Sartoria on Savile Row and Radici in Islington, will oversee Fiume as Chef Patron, but will hand over the day-to-day running of the kitchen to Head Chef, Francesco Chiarelli. Fiume will be set within the Circus West Village area of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment, right by the Thames and overlooking the piazza, with the 120-cover restaurant designed by Macaulay Sinclair also featuring an open kitchen complete with wood-fired oven, bar counter dining, and a large al fresco terrace.

Frenchie Covent Garden unveils late-summer makeover
Launched to great acclaim in early 2016, Frenchie Covent Garden, has undergone a two-week refresh, to both enhance operations and further open up its bright, charming space to diners. The newly refreshed award-winning sister restaurant to Frenchie Paris will reopen for business with 10 further covers on 12th September.
