TWINS GARDEN

TWINS GARDEN

When you think of a restaurant in the heart of Moscow, it is unlikely that you would imagine that it would have its own farm, gorgeous families of goats and a cheese making facility. Well this is what Ivan and Sergey Berezutskiy have set up for their new Twins Garden restaurant. The female goats are milked and their wonderful extractions are turned into various cheeses to serve in the gastronomic paradise which the identical brothers are welcoming diners into with warmth and hospitality. Currently on the menu is morning cheese from milk of Nubian goats with sorbet from apples “white filling” and consommé from Altai honey.
