QuiQuiRiQui mezcal provides the complex smoky base to Longflint’s Grapefruit, Sour Cherry and Mezcal Paloma. Blended with a cold pressed grapefruit juice and their thyme and rosemary vodka maceration, it has an almost sherbet like flavour with lovely citrus notes.

The Lost Alpaca, the new bar at FLORAL by Lima is serving up its signature Lima Negroni (£9.50) this Mezcal Week. The cocktail, made with bozal mezcal, campari, cynar, dolin sweet vermouth will celebrate the Mexican spirit in a location that flies the flag for all things Latin America. The 30-cover basement venue in Covent Garden is a great setting in which to relax and enjoy an innovative cocktail menu, Peruvian bar snacks, and an easy-going vibe accompanied by Latin American soundtracks. When it comes to celebrating Mezcal Week the bar at Ella Canta is a very good place to start!
