Mayfair Italian restaurant Sartoria is collaborating with single-estate bean-to-bar chocolate brand Willie’s Cacao this Valentine’s Day to offer a special dessert, for two to share, as part of its five course Valentine’s Day tasting menu. Head chef of Sartoria Lukas Pfaff and chocolatier Willie Harcourt-Cooze have worked together, sharing their passion for chocolate, to create this tantalizing collaboration dessert served alongside a shot of chocolate vodka. For a bubbly Valentine’s – Copa de Cava

Enjoy perfect pairings of cava and tapas at Copa de Cava.
