In 2006, Paul traded London for Cornwall, to become head chef at Padstow’s No.6 earning the restaurant a Michelin star just four years later. The restaurant has become synonymous with high-quality ingredients served simply, while incorporating playful twists.
Guests can expect oysters from nearby Porthilly, while raw sea bream, chicken ‘Tournedos Rossini’ and aged soy glazed duck are also signatures on the menu. The restaurant is housed in a Georgian townhouse, a short walk from Padstow harbour.
