Florence Cornish is a British chef with a burning passion for all things American. Having lived there as a child and returned to work and travel repeatedly, there are few parts of the States Florence hasn’t explored.
Florence lived all over the world as a child, from Singapore to Thailand to Belgium but it was always the States that stuck.
Florence was a River Cottage Rising Star finalist in 2013 and trained at Leiths School of Food & Wine in 2015-16.
Following chef school, Florence spent several years as Head Chef for a boutique catering company and currently works for Ballintaggart Farm in Perthshire, Scotland, dividing her time between the Highlands and London.
Her first book, ‘Made in the USA’, is published by Kyle Books and was released September 8th 2016.
