Sauce Management secured the deal for Sabrina Ghayour’s third book ‘Feasts’ published by Mitchell Beazley in 2017 as well as the deals for her best-selling previous books ‘Persiana’ and ‘Sirocco’.

British-Iranian Chef and food writer Sabrina Ghayour is a self-taught cook and multi-award winning, 3-time best-selling author who made her name hosting the hugely popular ‘Sabrina’s Kitchen’ supper club in London, specialising in Persian and Middle Eastern flavours.

Hailed by The Observer as ‘The Golden Girl of Persian Cuisine’, her debut cook book ‘Persiana – Recipes from the Middle East and beyond’ published in 2014 became a runaway success topping the UK’s bestseller lists and receiving the prestigious accolade of Observer Food Monthly’s ‘Best New Cookbook 2014’ and winning ‘Best Cookbook of the Year 2015’ by Food and Travel Magazine.
