Vivo, a vibrant Italian bakery, will open in the heart of bustling Upper Street in Islington, North London this September. Inspired by the traditional gastronomia and pasticceria of Italy, Vivo will be an all day casual dining affair serving authentic and regional cuisine. The neighbourhood restaurant will be an informal venue for both locals and visitors to the area.

Sauce is delighted to welcome American craft beer brands Fordham and Dominion to our client list. Brewed in Delaware, USA, and imported by Heathwick, both beer ranges have already made a major impact on the UK beer scene. Fordham beers was first founded in 1703, having been resurrected in 1995, now comprises a range of 6 beers including Helles (refreshing Bavarian style lager using four different grains and three hop varieties) and Copperhead Ale (the impeccably smooth flagship Amber brew).
