GNH Mindful Class

New collaboration with the acclaimed Sleep & 360 Wellbeing Expert, Natalie Pennicotte-Collier ‘TheMindCoach’

London, January 2018…/ Guests at the Great Northern Hotel, in King’s Cross, can now benefit from exclusive in-room digital mind-coaching sessions with the acclaimed MindCoach, Natalie Pennicotte- Collier, as part of their hotel experience. The Great Northern Hotel has collaborated with Natalie to offer three digital sessions available on-demand: Mindset, with advice on how to prepare for the day ahead, Modern Mindfulness, how to restore during the day, and Journey into the Power of Sleep, how to get a great night’s sleep. These exclusive digital sessions are a complimentary series which guests can enjoy free of charge in the supreme comfort of their hotel room, as part of the hotel’s overall guest experience.

The Great Northern Hotel’s new offering provides the perfect introduction to mindfulness without needing to book an expensive appointment or take time out of a busy day. Guests at the hotel can gain access to the Mindful digital sessions in-room at the touch of a button on their Loewe LCD HD TV screen, and are advised to sit comfortably in a chair or at the side of the bed ahead of starting their Mindful experience to gain the best results.

Guests may choose from the following three sessions according to their needs:

Modern Mindfulness – Restore during the day

Natalie has prepared an introduction to Easy Modern Mindfulness, with exercises that guests can use anywhere and at any time to help restore throughout the day, whether in London for business or pleasure. During difficult times, learn how to dial down stress and anxiety and using positive affirmation to find a moment of Mindful Gratitude. Plus, Natalie includes body language techniques drawn from athletes to help guests maintain a positive outlook.

A Journey into the Power of Sleep

Following much discussion across the wellness industry into the importance of sleep, Natalie explains what actually happens as we slumber. She will guide guests with techniques to improve sleep – and therefore overall wellbeing – by adopting a Sleeping Mindset for participants to use just before bed and also long after they have left the hotel in their daily lives.

Mindset – How to have a really good day

Guests will be prepared for their day before they step out of their room with Natalie’s insights into the power of the mindset. Drawing on her Mindset skills and cutting-edge research on psychology, neuroscience and behavioural economics, this session explores the importance of the ‘Mind’s eye’ visualisation and using positive intentions for the day ahead.

Natalie Pennicotte-Collier works with TeamGB athletes and has built up a reputation as a guru for performance wellbeing and sleep expertise with her award-winning practice on London’s Bond Street, Mindtonictherapy.com.
