The Chop House restaurants
The Chop House restaurant family has just unveiled its latest drool-worthy creation: The Black Boar Burger. Starring both shoulder and belly of wild boar, the patty is then topped with crispy, dry-cured streaky bacon and coleslaw. This hunger-slaying mix is sandwiched inside a charcoal bun, slathered with pineapple and chilli piccalilli and served with mixed-root crisps, all for £17.50.

The Game Bird

Señor Ceviche
Señor Ceviche is a lively Peruvian restaurant with sites in both Carnaby and Charlotte Street, serving fresh ceviches, fiery Peruvian BBQ dishes, and punchy pisco cocktails.

Aquavit London is a contemporary Nordic restaurant in St James’s Market, showcasing the very best of Nordic cuisine and design, all in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Their 100% beef patty is served with pickled cucumber, roasted onions, Västerbotten cheese, smoked mayonnaise and Swedish cream mustard, in a homemade sesame and fennel seed bun with dill vinegar matchstick potatoes on the side!

Tom’s Kitchen

Tommi’s is a no frills burger joint originating from Iceland, serving a concise menu of burgers including chicken and vegetarian, as well as the classic steak burger. Find them on the Kings Road, Thayer Street and in Soho.
Jude’s Ice Cream Parlour
To celebrate National Burger Day and the August summer bank holiday, Hampshire based ice cream makers, Jude’s ice cream have created ”The Black Coconut Ice Cream Burger”.
Each burger will be made using the latest flavour to join the Jude’s family, Instagram sensation Black Coconut, sandwiched between a toasted, black brioche bun. The burger will be finished with freshly sliced mango, a lime juice glaze and coconut curls.
The Jude’s Black Coconut Burger will be available at The Jude’s Ice Cream Parlour at the Pear Tree Café in Battersea Park from Thursday 24th August until Monday 29th August, priced at £6.

The Vurger Co.
The Vurger Co is a 100% plant based burger company looking to revolutionise fast food through the power of plants. They will be celebrating National Burger Day with with their Vanilla Black Vurger. A collaboration burger with Chef Andrew Dargue, the Vanilla Black Vurger is a play on Tikka Masala the well-known and well-loved dish in the UK. A Tikka Masala curry patty is topped with candied chilli and mint yoghurt. The Vurger Co will be serving up this delight at the Pillbox Kitchen for one day only on National Burger Day alongside a one off to die for completely plant-based cheesecake!

Little Social’s Classic B.C. Burger
Little Social’s head chef, Cary Docherty, gives a nod to his Canadian roots with his British Columbia Burger. The B.C. burger packs a flavour punch with its smoked cheddar and smoked bacon, simply paired with chips and salad. This staple dish can be eaten for £19.50.
The Mac Daddy from Dirty Bones
For the ultimate American cheeseburger with a twist Dirty Bones offer The Mac Daddy. A brisket and dry aged steak burger is topped with succulent pulled beef short rib then adored with mac & cheese and their signature cayenne and coffee-spiked BBQ sauce. Avenue’s signature burger straight from the grill
At Avenue, their modern American dining is epitomised in their signature burger. Full to the brim with Bibb lettuce, sliced onion,
cheese, pickles and a special sauce, the burger comes with a side of fries and costs only £15.
Go large at New Street Grill
The New Street Burger starts with a whopping 250g homemade Black Angus burger and is served in a fresh brioche bun with red onion relish, wally pickle and triple cooked chips for £16.50. If that isn’t enough you also have the option to turn this into a cheeseburger with either Colston Basset Stilton or Monterey Jack, and you can pack it even fuller with optional extras of seared duck livers, smoked streaky bacon or a rare breed fried egg.
Design your own burger at Skylon
The choices to build on top of the classic Skylon burger (already filled with mature cheddar, lettuce, pickle, tomato relish, red onion and garlic aioli) include avocado, smoked streaky bacon, wild mushrooms or a fried hens egg – meaning each burger can be bespoke. And, for the hungry, it can be made into a double. For £14 plus £2.50 for extras, this burger is available on both the à la carte and brunch menus.
