An evening of thrills at Conrad London St James
Things are getting spooky at Conrad London St James this month. The Glowing Glass cocktail from Blue Boar Bar is a warming cauldron of Mozart dark chocolate liqueur, banana liqueur, spiced sugar syrup and cream. Cast an eerie light across your face with every sip! Furthermore, in Emmeline’s Lounge, a special Halloween-themed Afternoon Tea will be on available from 28-31 October, offering an array of creepy cakes and terrifying treats.
Radici’s limited-edition black dough Halloween pizza
Giving Halloween an Italian twist, Radici in Islington will be offering a limited-edition Halloween pizza, available exclusively on 31 October. The sinister black dough is coloured with squid ink and the toppings include anchovies, pumpkin, and mozzarella. It might look like a trick but we promise it tastes like a treat! The pizza is available for £13 – try it if you dare!
Terrifying tipples at The Royal Exchange
From 23-31 October, The Royal Exchange will be celebrating Halloween with three spooky tipples available from the Threadneedle Bar. Look out for Black Cauldron with spiced whiskey liqueur, apple juice and pumpkin syrup; Blood Sucker with Bimber vodka, jager spice, blackberry, raspberry, and lemon; and Blood Haemorrhage incorporating peach schnapps, Baileys and grenadine. Furthermore, the sophisticated Italian restaurant, Sauterelle, will be serving a striking Halloween pasta dish, combining Mazara del Vallo red prawns with pickled tomato, nero pasta, all finished with a prawn broth.

Pumpkin treats from Tuyo
Exclusively for Halloween, Tuyo on Broadway Market will be serving their signature Spiced lamb tagine with roasted sweet potatoes, Greek yoghurt, marsala apricots & prunes inside a perfectly prepared pumpkin. The dish is priced at £12.50 and forms part of their small-plates menu.
Delicate Pumpkin Ravioli at Margot
Incorporate some pumpkin into your Halloween celebrations with the Ravioli di zucca e ricotta at Italian favourite, Margot in Covent Garden. Delicate pasta parcels are filled with silky pumpkin and ricotta and served with sage butter, toasted hazelnuts and Grana Padano shavings.
Mouth-watering 100% plant-based pumpkin burger from The Vurger CO

A spook-tacular evening at Plateau
Plateau in Canary Wharf is going all out with its Halloween celebrations this year. Every guest dining in either the grill or the restaurant on 31 October will be offered complimentary pumpkin canapés and petit fours. There will also be a Trick or Treat tipple incorporating Sipsmith Gin, butterscotch liqueur, basil, and lemon (£13), and there will be a live DJ from 6pm to 11pm.

Halloween Murder Mystery Evening at Palé Hall, Wales
Celebrate All Hallow’s Eve in style with Palé Hall’s second Murder Mystery Event, this time with a spooky Halloween twist. One of the finest country house hotels in Wales and the UK, guests will be able to join in the fun for what promises to be a thrilling and entertaining evening of role-play and trick or treat. The grand Victorian manor house, nestled deep in the Welsh countryside is the perfect setting for Halloween, where all is not as it seems. Smashed Pumpkin at Dirty Bones
Dirty Bones are upping the stakes in the Halloween game this year, with Saturday 28th October marking the date for their Dawn of the Dead annual Halloween Bash. Held at Dirty Bones Kensington and Shoreditch from 8pm ‘til late, guests can eat and drink whilst DJs pay tribute to the best old school hip-hop, funk and soul artists of decades past. Entry is free and fancy dress not required (although the Dirty Bones team will be going for it). A limited edition Smashed Pumpkin cocktail will also be available at all sites from 26th to 31st October, priced at £9 and made with Sugar Shine pumpkin pie moonshine, Velvet falernum, lemon, pear purée, muddled raspberries, chocolate bitters, Peychaud’s bitters and a cinnamon dusting.
Cocktails & tarts at Blanchette
There’ll be not one, but two special edition cocktails spooking things up at Blanchette this Halloween. Served at both the Soho and Brick Lane restaurants from the 27th until the 31st, one is a festive Pumpkin cocktail with cinnamon and vodka, and the other a bloody Beetroot infused gin with red currants and molasses (both £11). For a sweet treat, guests can indulge their pumpkin cravings with a special dessert of Maple syrup, pecan, walnut and bourbon tart with pumpkin ice cream, also available at both restaurants.
Ghoulish aperitifs at German Gymnasium
This Halloween, German Gymnasium brings a touch of horror to King’s Cross with the Rübengeistern cocktail – a concoction made from Bourbon washed with peanut, homemade chocolate wine, handful of mint & gomme syrup, stirred to perfection in a vintage copper mug and garnished with mint and chocolate coated peanut. The special edition cocktail costs £11.
Charcoal creations from Daisy Green Collection
Avocado on charcoal with charcoal bread, avocado, labne, orange dukkah, and a free range poached egg from Award-winning Australian restaurant group, Daisy Green Collection. The Instagramable dish is available at seven Daisy Green, Timmy Green, and Beany Green locations throughout London, starting at £8.20 (plus £2 for the poached egg). All locations are also decorated with pumpkins for Halloween.
