Award-winning Texture on Portman Square is a Michelin-starred, modern European restaurant and Champagne bar with Scandinavian influences. It opened in 2006 and is co-owned by Icelandic chef Agnar Sverrisson and French master sommelier Xavier Rousset.

Sauce has worked with Texture since June 2009 on both PR and marketing projects. Marketing focused on the launch of their private dining space, building a list of local corporate clients as well as designing collateral and establishing a presence online. A key focus for PR has been to raise Agnar’s profile, securing appearances on Saturday Kitchen and numerous features in national publications. Sauce also launched Texture’s sister restaurants 28-50 in Fetter Lane in 2010 and the newest 28-50 in Marylebone in June 2012.
