Plateau, a destination restaurant in Canary Wharf, unveiled a fresh and distinctive new look in November 2012. As part of the refurbishment, Galvin-trained head chef Allan Pickett introduced new bar and grill menus featuring sharing and small plates, all in keeping with the restaurant’s signature modern French style. Sauce has been working with Plateau since Allan’s appointment in September 2010, raising his profile and supporting Plateau’s busy calendar of events, menus and tastings.
