Market Town Developments is the parent company of several establishments including The Hungry Cafe, The Hungry Guest Shop and The Leconfield restaurant, all in the quintessentially British market town of Petworth, West Sussex. Master Baker Troels Bendix supplies sour dough, rye and other breads to each, as well as other locations in the southeast. Sauce has been on board since August 2011, helping to raise awareness of each site as well as establishing Petworth as an up-and-coming foodie destination Sauce created a targeted campaign around the launch of The Hungry Guest Café in November, which resulted in national exposure plus blanket coverage in local print, glossy and broadcast media
