In January, Sauce helped launch one of London’s hottest restaurants, The Aubrey London from Maximal Concepts.

MISSION​

Launch The Aubrey, London – the brand-new F&B lifestyle destination at The Mandarin Oriental​. 

CHALLENGE​

For this project, the launch period was particularly vital in thrusting The Aubrey onto the radar of their desired audiences due to the space opening just as the world was – post-pandemic – meaning we had to work hard and fast to cut through in a time of mass industry competition. Establishing The Aubrey as the most beautiful ‘see-and-be-seen’ destination was essential, but also to win over London’s food & drink press and discerning hospitality industry, in order to build lasting relationships and impressions. ​​
